Do guests need to download an app?+
No. They scan the QR at the table and the menu opens right away in the browser. No download, no sign-up.
What about payment?+
Money never goes through Ordofy: you take payment as you always have. Prepaid at the till or a tab at the table, you decide. Precisely because we don't handle payments, there's no commission on orders.
How long does setup take?+
Two taps. It's an app you download straight to your phone, on the App Store and Android, and sign in with your personalized credentials.
Do waiters have to learn an app?+
It's a genuinely simple, logical, fast and intuitive system: 10 minutes are enough to get it and learn to use it.
What if the connection drops?+
We have a built-in save system: it stores orders and syncs them as soon as the connection is back.
